The status of each shared service is determined by automated checks carried out at regular intervals from within the Network, confirmed by the office responsible for the service. A service is listed as Operational when it responds correctly to those checks; as Degraded when it responds but more slowly or less completely than expected; and as Unavailable when it does not respond. This page is updated whenever a status changes and, in any case, at each scheduled check.
